This 1971 Volvo P1800E Automatic has recently undergone restoration work in Germany and has been provided with a new coat of paint. The Volvo shows virtually no rust, which is a known problem with these models. In technical terms, the brakes, exhaust, battery, tires, water pump, fuel pump, fuel tank and injection system have been addressed. The P1800 is on the original supplied rims. The air conditioning is currently disconnected but can be connected if desired, as all components are present in the engine compartment. A point of attention is that the automatic transmission does not function well in '1' and '2' but drives perfectly in 'Drive'. There is also some work to be done on the electrical system of the dashboard. The Volvo is generally in good condition, the paint and chrome show some imperfections. The interior looks neat, except for some wiring that has not yet been concealed. This P1800 is a good basis for further perfecting or for driving on its own.
