This special Golf II has been completely stripped and rebuilt as an uncompromising racing car. The engine block has been overhauled and has been joined by a large-sized turbo. The interior has been largely removed and replaced with a certified roll cage, professional bucket seats and seat belts. The handling and braking behavior has also been improved. The Golf will have had approximately 20 hours of run time, both on the road and on the chassis dynamometer, to tune the engine. This happened at VPR Engineering. All items were purchased new and/or original VW. Certainly no expense has been spared on this. The kit edges of the front fenders show that they are still factory finished, so this wave has had no damage. These have therefore not been removed from the car when the car was sprayed. Furthermore, Golf has been completely bare, the little bit of rust has been addressed, treated and sprayed. The Golf is now rust free. The full list of work follows below. Invoices are available.
