Documentation
This Morris Minor Traveler is an iconic appearance and is in a driving condition. In the early 1980s, the Morris came to the Netherlands with her then British owner. Sometime in the 1980s, the Morris was bought by the then 1st Dutch owner. He does arrange the import of the car in 1983, but puts the car further away in storage. Sometime in the late 1980s, the current owner takes over the car and makes some repairs to the underbody and box girders. The control system is also converted from RHD to LHD. In Feb. 1990 the car is inspected by the RDW and provided with the registration number DE-50-80. After regular use of the car, in which especially the woodwork became bad, it was decided in 1997 to put the car away dry and not to use it anymore. Various parts were purchased in the UK in 2000, including the complete woodwork. In 2013 the complete disassembly of the car was started. The subsequent restoration took about 5 years. A lot of documentation comes with the car. To get a good idea of the lot, we advise you to come to the viewing day.
