This is a Recreation of the legendary Ford GT40. It is in a running condition with an overwhelming engine sound. This Ford was imported from England and various restoration work took place in 2015/2016. The Ford has not driven more than 200 km after the restoration. After this period, in which it had a Dutch registration, the car was put on Belgian documents. In the Netherlands, the car was registered as a Ford Mustang (the donor car). In Belgium it was registered as a Ford GT40. If the car has to be given a Dutch registration again, it is recommended that you check with the RDW what the criteria are before it is re-registered. Vehicle Specifications: Powered by a 5.0 Ford 302 V8, four twin 48 Webbers with matching intake manifold, a fully programmable MSD ignition system. Braided fuel line, chrome suspension, full rose joint, transmission un1, rod gear link. Two fuel caps, two fuel tanks and pumps, pressure regulators, VDO gauges etc. Nice black GT40 style seats, the left front seat is adjustable, people up to about 2 meters can easily take a seat. Steering wheel and dashboard layout, with L-tech harness belts. Goodyear tires 205 60 15 at the front and 235 60 15 at the rear. The original builder is unknown. The car has a tough, sporty look. The interior and exterior have some imperfections. For example, the driver's seat cover needs to be refastened and the door handles are loose, so the doors do not open properly.
