Documentation

The Fiat 124 Sport Spider is a two-seater convertible that was produced from 1966 to 1985. The four-cylinder engines with double overhead camshafts and aluminum cylinder heads were available in various volumes from 1.4 to 2.0 liters. The block was designed by ex-Ferrari engineer Aurelio Lampredi and the body was designed by the famous American-Dutch designer Tom Tjaarda for Pininfarina. This is an example that was produced in 1979 for the American market. This 124 is equipped with the largest 2.0L engine, coupled to an automatic gearbox that was only available in the USA and Japan. The condition of the Fiat is very good for its age, the car seems to have recently been (partially) restored. Some gear oil is leaking.
