This Citroën D-Super was imported from France 22 years ago by a private person to add it to his collection. The original French number plates are still present and even the first written number plate is still on the rear panel. After some minor detail work, this hard DS has been provided with a new coat of paint, which has been on it for 20 years now. It does show some effect here and there. The interior has new red 'period correct' upholstery and is very comfortable. The engine runs fine but could use a service due to its long standstill. The brakes work with a normal pedal and the gearbox shifts well with its characteristic steering gear. In the well-known DS spots, this car is not bad: Above the rear axle, in the rain gutters, at the bottom of the doors, it all looks fine. This is a hard and technically good DS, which can be driven directly or further detailed if desired. The car is free of road tax and MOT obligation.
