The Azure debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1995 on the platform of the Continental R model, originally launched in 1991. Pininfarina assisted in the two-year process of turning the Continental R into a full-fledged four-seater convertible, as well as building the shell and soft top at their factory in Italy, largely from parts sourced from the UK. Final assembly then took place in Crewe. Power came from the company's beefy 6.75-liter V8, with a single Garrett intercooled turbocharger that put out some 365 horsepower. New the Azure cost £215,167 in 1995. It is a unique appearance, as only 1,403 of this first generation were produced. This Bentley is originally from the US and came to the Netherlands and registered. The suspension system has recently been addressed. The interior and exterior have some imperfections, but generally look pretty neat. Booklets come with the car. To get a good picture of the lot, we advise you to come to the viewing day.
