The Audi RS2 was the first Audi RS model, developed in collaboration with Porsche and assembled in Zuffenhausen. The unusual 2.2L five-in-line turbo engine from the S2 was fitted by Porsche with a KKK turbo and intercooler, after which the block delivered 316hp and 410Nm. The chassis was also adapted by Porsche and the car was fitted with the rims and brakes of the Porsche 993. All this resulted in unheard of performance at the time: 0-100 in 5.4 seconds and a limited top speed of 262 km/h. This 1994 Audi RS2 is executed in very rare dark purple metallic with full leather interior. Only seven RS2 were built with this paintwork. The car has been serviced by a specialist for the last 8 years. The engine including all attachments was completely overhauled 3000 km ago. The wishbones, ball joints and the air conditioning pump have also been replaced. As far as we know, the car is accident free. The RS2 is in neat condition, with some imperfections due to its age.
