The Aston Martin Virage Volante was first shown to the general public in March 1992. The new model made such an impression that the open version quickly exceeded the demand for the Saloon. A total of 223 copies of the Virage Volante were built (right-hand and left-hand drive together). Major changes from the Saloon were a 4-speed automatic from March 1993, as well as different 17-inch wheels and standard ABS. The later Volantes were also equipped with a steering wheel with airbag. The hood was electrically operated and fitted with a heated glass rear window. The Virage Volante offered here is in good condition. Both the interior and exterior generally look good. The car comes with a lot of documentation, including a purchase invoice worth 598,250 guilders dated 05-08-1998 and maintenance invoices. In 2005, for example, very large maintenance was carried out on the front of the car, worth 52,448.58 GBP (see photos). It appears that the low mileage is original.
