Unique DKW 316 Coupe. This concerns a DKW type / model F93 whose roof line has been adjusted during the restoration. This copy was delivered new in Sweden in 1957 and comes from third owner. The first owner owned the car until 1987. So more than 30 years! The second owner bought it in 1987 and had the car in his possession for more than 19 years. In 2006 the car was completely restored over a period of two years (2006-2008) and technically overhauled by the third owner. This involved a complete ‘bare-metal’ body-off restoration. During the restoration, it was decided to adjust the roof line in a more flowing section of the coupe. This adaptation and the complete restoration is fully documented by means of an enlarged photo report. The body of the car is beautiful, has neat fits and beautiful paintwork. All chrome details are beautiful and have a beautiful shine. The three cylinder two-stroke engine is in a very good condition and is great!
